  • Monitors salesmen's' daily transactions across assigned sales areas
  • Validates sales transactions by means of visiting accounts 
  • Ensures sales targets and objectives are hit through teamwork
  • Trains and disciplines the team
  • Evaluates total job performance of teammates
  • Submit reports as assigned by higher heads

Requirements
  • College graduate (any course)
  • Exposure in Field Selling is an advantage
  • Supervisory experience of at least one year is a must
  • No issues in travelling across sales areas
  • Very good communication skills (oral/written)
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Ability to train and discipline a team
