HR Generalist

Responsibilities:

Handles recruitment on assigned areas
Take charge in deployment of new employees to include orientation of policies and other related processes
Endorses new employees to respective heads
Employee Engagement
Assists in Disciplinary Due Process
Ensures handled areas/departments are well-heard and accommodated
Submits reports relating to functions
Takes part and collaborates in Organizational developments

Qualifications:

Preferably Psychology graduate or equivalent
With or without experience in the field
Effective communication skills both oral and written
Must be a people person
A background in Industrial/Organizational field and Labor Standard is an advantage
Can work well in a team
No issue in travelling across PH
