About the Job 
  • Assist heads in overseeing total store operations
  • Trains crew with operational standards
  • Ensures operational processes and standards are strictly implemented
  • Safeguards business against losses (monetary or stocks-related)
  • Monitors purchase orders and deliveries of assigned store
  • Evaluate subordinates' performance
  • Responsible for hitting sales targets together with the team
Requirements:
  • College graduate (any course)
  • Exposure in Retail and customer service is an advantage
  • Supervisory experience of at least one year is a must
  • No issues getting assigned anywhere in CDO
  • Very good communication skills (oral/written)
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Ability to train and discipline a team
